Thank you for choosing Just the Wright Interiors. We take immense pride in providing high-quality home décor, furniture, and professional home improvement services to our clients across the Cleveland, Akron-Canton and Youngstown Metro- politan areas.
Because we operate on a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns (Physical Goods & Home Décor)
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
Timeframe: The item was purchased within the last 30 calendar days.
Condition: The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of Purchase: You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned:
Custom-ordered furniture or personalized décor.
Items marked as "Final Sale."
Opened wallpaper or custom-mixed paint.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Service Cancellations & Consultations
At Just the Wright Interiors, we provide mobile and online services by appointment only.
Consultations: While we often offer free consultations, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Design Services: For Interior Decoration, Custom Painting, or Flooring Solutions, refunds for labor already performed are not provided. However, our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee means we will work diligently to rectify any concerns you have with the delivered service.
4. Shipping & Mobile Returns
Online Store: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Local Pickup/Mobile Service: For clients in our service area (Canton, Dover, North Canton, etc.), we may offer mobile pickup for returns on a case-by-case basis during your next scheduled appointment.
5. Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product from our online store, please notify us immediately at (330) 573-7761 or (234) 564-8818 for assistance. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during transit.
6. Military & Veteran Appreciation
In alignment with our company values, United States Veterans and Active-Duty Military members may be eligible for extended return windows or waived restocking fees. Please mention your status when contacting our support team.
7. Price-Matching Policy
As part of our commitment to luxury and affordability, if you find a lower price on an identical stocked item from a local competitor, please contact us. While we do not offer traditional "refunds" for price differences after a sale is finalized, we honor price-matching at the time of purchase to ensure you receive the best value in Northeast Ohio.
